Material Certification
We source 99.9%+ pure electrolytic copper (C11000/C10200) from ISO-certified Chinese mills. Every material batch comes with a mill test certificate (MTC) verifying chemical composition, tensile strength, and electrical conductivity. Material certifications are available to customers upon request.

- Tensile Strength Testing — Universal testing machine, up to 100kN
- Dimensional Inspection — Digital calipers, CMM, profile projector
- Plating Thickness Measurement — X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analyzer
- Thermal Cycling Test — -40°C to +150°C environmental chamber
- Salt Spray Test — Corrosion resistance verification, 48–96 hours
